Privacy Policy

What Zelisto collects, why, and what we never do with it. Effective October 29, 2026.

On this website

The founding-reserve form asks for your name, your email address, and — if you choose to share it — which shops you sell on. The form is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our own inbox at [email protected]. We use it for one thing: to email you when Zelisto launches and to hold your founding terms. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

In the Zelisto app

Zelisto connects to your selling profiles on marketplaces such as Poshmark, Mercari and eBay. You sign in on each marketplace’s own secure page — Zelisto never sees or stores your marketplace password. The app processes your listing photos and listing details to write listings, post them where you approve, and detect sales so sold items can be delisted. Nothing posts without your approval.

What the Chrome extension touches

The Zelisto Chrome extension runs only on your own listing pages on the marketplaces you connect (Poshmark, Mercari and eBay) — never on other websites, and it does not track your browsing. It works inside your own signed-in browser session, only at your direction: it fills in a listing form with a listing you reviewed and approved, reads the state of your listings (live, sold, removed) so a sale in one place triggers a delist everywhere else, and after removing a listing it re-checks the page to confirm the listing is actually gone. Zelisto never asks for, sees, or stores your marketplace passwords.

What we store — and never sell

To run the service we store your account email, your listing drafts (titles, descriptions, prices, marketplace fields, and the photos you provide), and your verification log — the record of what Zelisto posted, what it delisted, where, and when, including anything that needs your attention. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, we do not use it for advertising, and there are no advertising trackers in the extension. Your listings and logs stay in your account while your subscription is active; email [email protected] to have your account data deleted, apart from records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies

This website does not run third-party advertising trackers. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and a human who sells will answer. Cancelling Zelisto is hassle-free: cancel in the billing portal or by email and it is cancelled, with no retention gauntlet and no processing fee.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new effective date before the change applies to you.
